During my 16-year tenure at Bridgewater, I worked closely with Ray Dalio to lead/transform various areas of the firm including Trading, Finance, Client Services, Talent Management and others.

 

Post BW, I worked with high-profile founders Arianna Huffington (as the CXO of Thrive Global) and with Melissa & Doug Bernstein (as President of Lifelines). I successfully raised over $30 million, played a key role in developing both physical and technology products, and secured deals with companies such as Target, Macy’s, and Amazon.

During my 6-year tenure at Bridgewater, I worked on initiatives to systematize principled management across the firm followed by managing the Trading Strategies and Analytics team.

 

Post BW, I founded a Latin American accelerator, La Chispa, where I taught hundreds of entrepreneurs and incubated their top businesses. Concurrently, I served on the team of Executive Coaches within the coaching firms LionPoint and Talentism.
